1. Operating Entity & Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Up One Ai LLC, a Florida limited liability company having its principal office at:

This Agreement governs your access to and use of https://myrewards.travel, https://app.myrewards.travel, and all associated booking portals and concierge services (collectively, the "Service").

MyRewards Travel operates as a closed private membership club connecting members directly to wholesale international travel inventories. As an active member in good standing, you receive:

Membership plans are billed in United States Dollars (USD) on a 28-day recurring billing schedule:

The one-time $149.00 technical initiation fee covers wholesale global database provisioning and is charged solely at initial registration. It is never charged on monthly renewals.

4. Payment Processing & Security (Stripe)

All membership fees and travel transactions are processed securely through certified Level 1 PCI-DSS payment gateways, primarily Stripe, Inc. Card information is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 SSL protocols. Up One Ai LLC never stores or handles full unencrypted credit card numbers on its servers.

5. Continuous Membership & 1-Click Cancellation

Memberships continue automatically every 28 days until cancelled.

Zero Contract Commitment: You may cancel your subscription at any time without fees, penalties, or phone calls. Cancellation can be completed with 1 click directly in your Member Portal under Settings ➜ Manage Subscription, or by emailing levart.sdrawerymanti-bot@troppus. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your prepaid 28-day period.

6. 14-Day Refund & Cooling-Off Period

New members are protected by our 14-day satisfaction refund guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within 14 calendar days of your initial enrollment, you may request a 100% full refund of all initial fees, provided you have not completed a completed travel booking through the platform during that period. 7. Best Price Guarantee (110%)

If you book an eligible hotel or resort through MyRewards Travel and find the identical room, dates, and cancellation terms publicly available online for less, submit proof to concierge support within 24 hours of booking to receive 110% of the price difference credited in Reward Credits.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
