1. 14-Day Initial Refund Guarantee

Up One Ai LLC stands firmly behind the value of the MyRewards Travel private club. Any new member who subscribes to a Silver, Gold, or Platinum tier may request a full refund of their initial membership subscription and initiation fee within 14 calendar days of their initial transaction date.

Condition: To prevent fraudulent booking exploitation, the 14-day refund is granted provided that the member has not completed a confirmed wholesale travel booking through the portal during those 14 days.

2. How to Request a Refund

To exercise your 14-day refund, simply send an email with your account email address and order number to:

Response time: within 24 business hours. Refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method via Stripe within 3 to 5 business days.

3. 1-Click Subscription Cancellation Anytime

Following the 14-day initial period, you maintain complete freedom to cancel your subscription at any time:

• No Lock-in: Memberships are flexible 28-day plans with zero long-term contract obligations.
• 1-Click Self-Service: Cancel anytime in your Member Portal under Settings ➜ Manage Subscription.
• No Cancellation Fees: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current prepaid 28-day cycle. You will not be billed again.

4. Individual Travel Bookings Cancellation (Hotels, Flights, Cruises)

Travel reservations made through the wholesale portal (flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises) are governed by the specific cancellation policies of the respective travel provider (hotel chain, airline, cruise line) displayed clearly at the time of checkout.
